Pros: Fast service : food arrived quickly and not within the usual 45 mins to 1-hour waiting time. Clean restroom. Homey, cozy vibe. Clean and well-maintained environment. Cons: We were seated outside (mall side), and unfortunately, we were often overlooked by the waitstaff. We had our hands raised for quite some time, even lifting the water pitcher to signal for a refill, but no one noticed us since all of the staffs are inside the restaurant even if they have a dining space aside from the restaurant itself. My companion eventually had to self-serve and walk to get ice and water. (See photo) Regarding the PWD/Senior Citizen discount: as far as I know, the discount should only apply to the meal consumed by the PWD/SC. That wasn’t followed here. The discount amounted to only around ₱50, and the meals were clearly not shared (see photos), except for the appetizer. The restroom ran out of tissue. I informed a waiter and showed him that there was none left. He mentioned they were out of tissue rolls and handed me Nono’s napkins instead. No major issue with this, but restrooms should ideally be checked regularly for supplies. I noticed that when I first ate at Nono’s during a 50% credit card promo, the servings seemed smaller and lesser compared to this visit, where we paid full price without any credit card perks as the servings were generous and bigger. Food Review (Taste is subjective, so this is a general take): Fried Truffle Cheese Wontons - Always so good. Tip: don’t forget to scrape the honey underneath the wontons and eat it with the crushed walnuts - it balances the saltiness of the cheese with the sweetness of the honey. I just wish they came in more than 5 pcs. A 10-pc option would be amazing. Parmesan Truffle Fries - The truffle flavor is mostly in the dip; the fries themselves are simply deep-fried w/ grated parmesan. Still good - perfectly fried, not oily or soggy. Nono’s Homestyle Fried Chicken - Fried just right: juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I appreciate the variety of sauces. The corn was also not overcooked. Loco Moco - Just okay. Truffle Cream Pasta - Loved that the bread is sourdough instead of garlic bread (great for companions who aren’t fans of garlic). Pasta was al dente, and the truffle flavor wasn’t overpowering. It would be even better with added texture, like shredded chicken or another protein. Salmon Hollandaise - The salmon was well-cooked exactly how I requested (well done, not fishy, and not mushy inside). However, the asparagus was also cooked well-done and ended up too soft. Vegetables are better slightly undercooked for crunch and nutrients. Loved that they were generous with the vinaigrette. Nono’s Chocolate Oblivion - Moist and not overly sweet. I loved the balance from the dark cocoa powder and the praline bits in the filling. Honey Crunch Cake - The whipped cream was thick and perfectly balanced the sweetness of the honey crunch. The whipped cream itself was slightly bland, which worked well. Loved the texture of the honey crunches paired with the fluffy chiffon cake. Final Thoughts: Great food overall and a cozy dining atmosphere, but service consistency, restroom upkeep, and discount handling could definitely be improved. Would still come back, especially for the desserts (cakes) and main course.

Tinapa Rice Bowl had boneless tinapa slices that are crispy with just thenrigjt saltiness that went well with the fenerous slices of tomatoes and sallted egg. Nono’s Sisig had chunkier than usual diced tender pork with a kick. Honey Crunch Cake was light with Violet Crumble, some soft, sone chewy. Chocolate Oblivion had different goodness in every layer. It was a cake slice with just the right sweetness and heavy on the belly but will make your worries fly to oblivion.

It was my first time eating here. Honestly, the food for me was generally good but not great. The truffle cream pasta was very good, but the classic bolognese was a tad underseasoned. The Caesar salad was OK, but the crouton was chewy. For the mains, we had chicken with waffles and grilled pork chop. Both were good but I've had better. The service was very good and the waiting time for the food was just right. Including two cakes and two cups of coffee, the bill came out to P3,000 for three people so it's on the pricey side.
